Pre-construction planning and approvals
We finalise selections, secure relationship-based trades, and order long-lead items early to protect your timeline. You are onboarded into Wunderbuild to ensure all documentation and communication remain centralised.
04.
Structured construction delivery
We issue a detailed program and provide 24/7 access to our Wunderbuild portal. Your project manager coordinates trades, completes continuous quality checklists, and provides weekly photo updates.
05.
Completion, Handover, & Post-Build Support
We conduct a formal walk-through with you and your architect to finalise a photo-based defect list. Following handover, we provide a 90-day defect period and a comprehensive manual for ongoing maintenance.
