Beaumade Builds – 1% Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Beaumade Builds 1% Referral Program, the Referrer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility To be eligible, the Referrer must refer a genuine third-party client. Self-referrals are not permitted. A referral qualifies where the referred client enters into a signed building contract with Beaumade Builds with a minimum contract value of $300,000 (excluding GST) for a new build or renovation project. Beaumade Builds reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral meets the eligibility criteria.

2. Referral Reward Subject to these terms, an eligible Referrer is entitled to a referral reward equivalent to 1% of the total contract value (excluding GST), up to a maximum of $7,500. The reward will be issued in the form of gift cards, vouchers, or a charitable donation, as selected by the Referrer at the time of claiming. The reward is personal to the Referrer and is non-transferable.

3. Payment Conditions The referral reward becomes payable only after both of the following conditions have been satisfied:

​

• the referred client has executed a formal building contract with Beaumade Builds; and

• the referred client has paid the initial project deposit in accordance with that contract.​

 

No reward will be payable until both conditions are met. Beaumade Builds will process the reward within 30 days of both conditions being satisfied.

4. Multiple Referrals Where more than one party refers the same client, the reward will be allocated solely to the Referrer whose submission was first received and formally acknowledged in writing by Beaumade Builds. Subsequent referrers will not be entitled to any reward.

5. Disqualification Beaumade Builds reserves the right to disqualify a Referrer and withhold or recover any reward where it reasonably believes the referral was made in bad faith, involved misrepresentation, or otherwise did not comply with these terms.

6. Marketing Consent By participating in this program, the Referrer consents to Beaumade Builds using their name, testimonial, and/or images for marketing and promotional purposes, including on its website and social media channels. The Referrer may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying Beaumade Builds in writing. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the Referrer's entitlement to any reward already earned.

7. Gift Card and Voucher Terms Gift cards and vouchers issued as referral rewards are subject to the expiry dates and terms imposed by the relevant issuer. Beaumade Builds accepts no responsibility for expired or unused gift cards or vouchers. It is the Referrer's sole responsibility to redeem rewards within the applicable validity period.

8. Program Changes Beaumade Builds reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect rewards already earned prior to the change taking effect.

9. General These terms are governed by the laws of [insert state/territory]. Nothing in these terms limits any rights the Referrer may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. This program does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the Referrer and Beaumade Builds.
