This Surrey Hills project involved a high-end landscape transformation and swimming pool installation, designed to create a seamless connection between the home and a new outdoor entertaining zone. A key feature was the 1,200mm raised pool shell, engineered to eliminate the need for boundary fencing.
The complex scope included significant sewer and stormwater relocation, steel beam installation, and the use of spider cranes for oversized glazing. Featuring a Blackbutt deck, outdoor kitchen, and ceiling-mounted fireplace, the build integrated diverse materials like rock walls and timber battens. We navigated tight excavation and compliance requirements to deliver an elevated, lifestyle-focused space.
